Help wanted

I'm 42, with stage IV lung cancer that's responding well to a targeted pill. I want to add a personalised vaccine while the tumour is still small. I've taken it as far as I can on my own.

What I worked out

From my own raw data.

The exact fusion junction and my HLA class I type, both later confirmed by an accredited lab. The vaccine peptide has no exact match in normal human proteins. And a warning: in the one published experiment I could find, the fragment my prediction put first measured negative, and one it scored as a non-binder was the only one that responded.

Where I want to get

A vaccine, alongside the pill.

Given now, not after the tumour grows back. The step that gates everything else is a lab measurement showing that the peptide actually reaches the cell surface. Who makes the vaccine, who prescribes it and what it costs are still open too.

What I'm asking

Help, or a better route.

A lab, a researcher, a clinician, or a fresh pair of eyes. Telling me what I'm missing is worth as much to me as a yes.

↓ What was done, and what I still have, is in my journey below.

Separately: the AI tools I pay for keep stopping mid-analysis, on usage limits and medical filters. The article explains why that matters.
